Will I be able to return any product?

Yes, Naáybotanical accepts product returns, only and exclusively, when the product shows a breakage or is in poor condition.

How long do I have to make a return?

The deadline for any return is a maximum of 15 days from the delivery of the product to your home.

 

How can I return an item?

It is very simple. First of all, you must report your return to our customer service department by EMAIL to orders@naaybotanicals.com with the subject "RETURN" and the order and reference product data, attaching several photos of the product in poor condition.

Return the product you bought as you received it, with its original packaging. It must be in perfect condition and unused for us to accept it. Then you can send it by private messaging or Post to the address that we have provided by email. (Remember that the return costs will always be borne by the customer, we will detail it below).

The return of an item must be made in its original conditions, including packaging and all kinds of labels. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and returned to the customer without the possibility of return.

 

Do I have to pay something to make my return?

Returns that are made for reasons of product defects, Naaybotanicals SL will be responsible for the return costs.

 

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return product has been received and the return has been approved by Naaybotanicals SL, you will receive the full amount paid by the same means in which you made your purchase. Remember that the payment term on your credit card will always depend on your bank.

 

What should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?

Get in touch with our customer service department through orders@naaybotanicals.com and we will solve it as soon as possible.
